You should have:
Exceptional attention to detail - it’s the little things, like fresh-brewed coffee and a tidy (and well-stocked) environment, that add up to a great workplace experience.
Next level organizational skills - this role is full of putting out little ‘fires’ every day, as well as juggling long-term projects, such as planning the annual company Team Day.
Strong interpersonal skills - you create a warm and inclusive environment. You have a knack for networking and making others feel welcomed and comfortable in our spaces.
Rock-solid communication skills (written and verbal) - this role requires communication with individuals and groups at all levels - comfort communicating to and with large groups, key stakeholders, and external partners is a must, comfort with public speaking, hosting, MCing is serious bonus points.
Facility management experience - this role is critical to ‘keep the lights on’ functions in our offices, but is so much more than that… a functional office environment enables every employee to do their best work, which in turn directly impacts business success. Experience managing daily operations at scale is a must.
Tech-savviness. You have a good understanding of workplace technology and how it impacts the employee experience.
Data-driven. You are able to quickly analyze data from workplace management software, and service request systems. You can easily identify patterns and trends.
Experience leading renovation/design projects.
Experience working with multiple vendors/contractors/external service providers.
