Summary:

As part of the Business Operations (BizOps) team, this role works to create tangible impact by identifying and driving key operating improvements across the company, highlighting new avenues for growth, and partnering with internal teams to remove roadblocks.

What you'll work on:

  • Lead the process to identify, validate, and prioritize company-wide opportunities;

  • Identify hotspots in the business that require intervention and proactively investigate, strategize, and implement solutions with the respective business leaders

  • Provide analytical support for operational and strategic decisions across the Company;

  • Work closely with senior leaders to build alignment and momentum for critical projects and guide them to completion;

  • Design and manage the execution of cross-functional initiatives;

  • Manage and coach Clio’s team of BizOps analysts and business partners;

  • Operates as an embedded strategic management consultant and resource

  • Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading strategic expansion research and recommendations

    • Facilitation of the annual planning process and setting strategic initiatives

    • Leading the development and delivery of key business reviews across the Company

    • Identifying and executing on analyses that act as key inputs for cross functional teams to act on

What you may have:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline;

  • 5+ years work experience in a relevant field;

  • Strong focus on strategic thinking and analytical problem solving; 

  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communicator;

  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented.

  • Understanding for how to measure and evaluate performance across all business functions

  • Strong ability to query, analyze, and synthesize insights using a variety of datasets

  • Experience managing a team
