Jack Newton is the founder and CEO of Clio, one of the pioneers of cloud-based practice management. Jack has spearheaded efforts to educate the legal community on the security, ethics, and privacy-related issues surrounding cloud computing, and has become a nationally recognized writer and speaker on these topics.
Jack also co-founded and is President of the Legal Cloud Computing Association (LCCA), a consortium of leading cloud computing providers with a mandate to help accelerate the adoption of cloud computing in the legal industry.
Emma Raimi-Zlatic is Manager of Affinity Programs at Clio, where she oversees bar association partnerships and legal events for the company. Having experience in both technology and the legal field, she is passionate about speaking on how to grow a profitable law practice, legal entrepreneurship and how to utilize technology to build a scalable firm.
Emma is a JD from the University of Houston Law Center and has worked for tech companies in Silicon Valley and Los Angeles, including Lexicata, a legal CRM and intake software company that was recently acquired by Clio. Prior to joining Clio, she started her own attorney recruiting business and worked for an international estate planning firm, as well as for USCIS in immigration appeals.
