As Editor-in-Chief of Forbes Australia since 2022, Sarah led the brand’s entry into the Australian market. Under her leadership, Forbes Australia has rapidly scaled across print, digital, and experiential platforms, launching signature events such as Forbes 30 Under 30, the Business Summit, Women’s Summit, and Investors Summit, while also establishing a national Forbes Women membership community to elevate female leadership across sectors.
Prior to Forbes, Sarah served as Editor-in-Chief of Yahoo Finance Australia, where she relaunched the brand in 2018 and grew its reach to over two million monthly users. Her innovative content strategies and inclusive economic storytelling led to the launch of initiatives such as the Women’s Money Movement, The Broke Millennials, The New Investors series, and the Australian debut of the All Markets Summit.
Her early career includes editorial and leadership roles with LexisNexis, News Corp and Private Media, along with founding her own content strategy consultancy, where she advised businesses on narrative development, brand positioning, and audience engagement.

Caroline transitioned into innovation and technology roles at global law firm Allen & Overy (now A&O Shearman) in London. She has led and contributed to a wide range of projects including the implementation of new business models and processes, the development of technology solutions to enhance efficiency, and the coordination of training programs to strengthen digital capabilities.
