*The Terms and Conditions that govern this promotion are provided by Themis Solutions (Australia) Pty Ltd (and its affiliates) (“Themis”) also known as Clio. To qualify for this offer, new EasyStart, Essentials, Advanced, or Complete plan subscriptions must be purchased by filling out the demo form. To make a referral, you’ll share a referral link from the referral platform ( au.refer.clio.com), and your referral must open your Referral URL and sign up for a demo. Refer a law firm to Clio who is not a customer or in an active sales evaluation, and if they sign up for a paid Clio account within 30 days, you’ll receive a $250 gift card via Sendoso or Prezzee (location dependant) (in AUD, NZD, or USD, as applicable). To be eligible for the promotion, the referrer must be located in APAC and 18 years or older. Those who qualify for this offer will be contacted by Clio and offered a digital gift card via Sendoso or Prezzee, which will begin to be distributed 30 days after your referral signs up for Clio. Gift cards will be sent to the email that’s associated with your Clio Manage account. Gift cards will be provided in the currency of the jurisdiction in which the referrer resides (AUD, NZD, or USD, as applicable). Gift cards are subject to local tax laws and regulations. Clio will comply with all applicable tax and reporting requirements based on the referrer’s jurisdiction. Referrers are responsible for providing Clio with a valid tax identification number and any other information required to meet these obligations. Affiliate Partners in our Channel Partner Program are not eligible to participate in this program. Clio will monitor abusive or fraudulent behaviour and reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions or Clio’s Terms of Service (“ToS”). All subscription fees paid are final. Only referrals submitted via this official referral program are eligible for the promotion, and in the event the same individual was referred twice, the bonus will be awarded to the individual who first submitted the referral’s information through the referral program. The promotions in this program are subject to change at Clio’s discretion. Clio shall not be liable for and the Customer waives the right to claim any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting in any way from this Promotion. Clio hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind whether express, implied or statutory in connection with this Promotion. The 10% discount may not be combined with any other offer.
All of Clio Services will still be subject to the ToS. These Terms and Conditions do not supersede Clio’s ToS, and Clio’s ToS will govern in case of any discrepancy.

Participation in this Promotion will be deemed as consent for the use of your personal information, subject to the outlined uses.
All intellectual property rights, the content, services, and all materials distributed at or in connection with Clio and this Promotion are owned by Clio and Clio related companies/affiliates. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, perform, publish, create derivative works from or use referral campaign content for any reason. Copying or distributing any part of the event websites in any medium without Clio’s prior written consent or modifying, creating derivative works, copying, or storing any significant portion of the website or event or any related technology (unless allowed by law) is prohibited.
