With a rapidly expanding global customer base and recent support hires in 4 different time zones, we’re pleased to announce that, effective immediately, we’re expanding our support hours to better serve our customers. With great power comes great responsibility, and with a customer base that never sleeps, we figured why should we?
Starting today, Clio Support will be available Monday through Friday, 0300 hrs to 2000 hrs ET (0800 hrs to 0100 hrs GMT), with limited support on a best-efforts basis outside of those times via email and Twitter. We’re happy to make this change to ensure our customers, no matter where they are located, are able to receive the customer service they’ve come to expect.
