Jack Newton, Clio’s CEO, will be attending the annual meeting of American College of Trust and Estate Counsel ‘s Annual Meeting in Maui, Hawaii.
This conference runs from March 5-10. Jack will be speaking before the Technology in Practice committee on Wednesday, March 6 at noon.
Jack will be part of a diverse speaking group of professionals that are offering an extended series of seminars, hot topics and symposia. Seminar presentations include FATF and Circular 230 by President-Elect Duncan Osborne and Jack Terrill; a Defined Value Clauses program by Steve Akers and Carlyn McCaffrey; and, Randy Grove, Stephanie Loomis-Price will present on Step Transactions and Indirect Gifts. The symposia offerings are Planning for 2013 by Ron Aucutt, Lauren Detzel and Stephanie Donaho; and Planning for Large Estates by John Bergner, Turney Berry and Ann Burns. Hot Topics will be presented by Dennis Belcher, Carol Harrington, and Bruce Stone.
