Themis Solutions Inc. welcomes the Kansas Bar Association as the latest Bar Association to offer Clio as a member benefit.

Themis Solutions Inc. welcomes the Kansas Bar Association to the Clio Bar Association Affinity Program. This partnership program allows the Bar’s members to subscribe to Clio at a discounted rate.

Clio is the leading provider of cloud-based practice management, time and billing and client collaboration tools for small and mid-sized law firms. Since Clio is a cloud-based service, law firms can securely access their data from any Internet-connected device, whether it is a PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet. Being cloud-based also provides peace of mind for lawyers during disasters, natural or otherwise. Matters, client communications and contact information, documents and calendar appointments are all backed up and ready for when you find an Internet connection. You can pick up your practice right where you left off.

“We are excited to partner with the Kansas Bar Association,” said Clio Founder and CEO Jack Newton. “Partnering with Clio gives the attorneys of Kansas access to cloud-based tools that help them practice ethically, and efficiently, whether building and maintaining a rural practice or an urban practice.”

The Kansas Bar Association was founded in 1882 as a voluntary association for dedicated legal professionals and has more than 7,200 members, including lawyers, judges, law students and paralegals. Membership in the KBA focuses on giving members access to the most important tools for an attorney: cogency, connections, clients and community. Joining Clio’s Bar Affinity Association enhances that toolset.

“The KBA is thrilled to join over 30 other Bar Associations to offer Clio as a member benefit. Clio provides document management, bank grade security, time tracking, simplified billing, task scheduling and is 100% web based. This will be a true benefit to our members at a discount with their KBA membership,” said Meg Wickham, Member & Market Services Director.

The Kansas Bar Association joins over 30 bar associations offering Clio as a member benefit, including the Alabama State Bar, Colorado Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Hawaii State Bar Association, Idaho State Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Iowa State Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, Missouri Bar, New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Rhode Island Bar Association, South Carolina Bar, State Bar of Arizona, State Bar of California – Law Practice Management & Technology Section, State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Vermont Bar Association.
