The Contest is open to companies/businesses legally organized as a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, corporation or otherwise which are located and doing business within the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.
