    To enter, design and develop an app integration for Clio Manage, using its rich API, and address a difficulty legal professionals face daily when managing their business or growing their firm.

    Potential finalists will leverage the complex array of client and matter data stored in Clio Manage to offer new, seamless processes to streamline traditionally cumbersome workflows. Entries can range from apps that have previously demonstrated market traction to innovative new ideas yet to be tested.

    Although one integration will be named the winner and receive the $100,000 grand prize, all entrants who complete the necessary requirements and are approved by Clio will be featured in Clio’s App Directory, bringing their product to a growing community of over 150,000 legal professionals.

      To enter, you’ll need to build an integration with Clio and launch your app in Clio’s App Directory. To get started, complete our Developer Application and complete the entry form at the bottom of this page. For full entry details and conditions, please see the Launch//Code Official Rules.

    • Winner Selection

      In late 2020, we will announce finalists and invite them to the 2020 Clio Cloud Conference in to pitch their integrations live to our keynote audience and panel of judges. When the judges have made their selection, one finalist will be named as the winner of the Launch//Code contest and take home the $100,000 prize.

    Who is eligible to enter Launch//Code?

    The Launch//Code contest (Contest) is not open to the general public or to persons in their individual capacity. The Contest is open to companies/businesses legally organized as a sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company, corporation or otherwise which are located and doing business within the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Entrant must be: (i) a legal resident of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec), (ii) age 18 or older at the time of entry, and (iii) the president, CEO or owner of a company or business or an authorized representative associated with a company or business submitting the entry (the “Contest Entrant”). If submitting an entry as an authorized representative, written permission must be obtained from appropriate management personnel at the company or business before participating in the Contest, with the understanding that Sponsor/Administrator may condition continued eligibility by that company/business upon authorized representative submitting adequate proof of obtaining such permission. For the avoidance of doubt, different divisions, affiliates or subsidiaries of the same company/business MAY each participate in the Contest provided that each such division/affiliate/subsidiary is independently owned and operated.

    How do I enter the contest?

    To enter Launch//Code, you need to do two things:

    1. Launch an integration on Clio’s App Directory by completing the Developer Application, setting up a Developer Account, building an integration with Clio, and competing our required documentation and review process.
    2. Agree to the Terms and Conditions of Launch//Code.

    What if I already have an integration with Clio?

    Only new integrations are eligible for Launch//Code, but there are lots of other ways to support your existing integration! Reach out to our Platform Team if you’ve got a cool idea that you’d like to pitch for featuring what your integration can do.

    How do I get started with building an integration with Clio?

    Easy! Simply complete the Developer Application and once your submission has been reviewed, we’ll send you everything you need to get started.

    How do I win Launch//Code?

    In late 2020, we’re going to select finalists to come to the 2020 Clio Cloud Conference and pitch their integrations to our live audience and a panel of judges. Your integration will be evaluated by our judges on a variety of criteria, including quality, impact, and innovation. Learn more from our Official Rules.

    If my business or company wins Launch//Code, do we actually win $100,000?

    Yes, really. Minus whatever your business or company may owe come tax time.

    If I enter Launch//Code, do I still own my integration?

    Yes! We do not make a claim to any software published in our App Directory, though we may use your trademarks for marketing purposes.
