Now available to watch on-demand.

To build any great structure, you need to start with a rock-solid foundation. When it comes to growing a law firm, that means building the processes that grow with your team.

If you’re seeking to grow your law firm, and want to figure out the processes that will become the building blocks for your growth, then join Clio for a special episode of the How to Grow a Law Firm series.

In this latest instalment, Clio’s Geraldine O’Reilly will be in conversation with the team at Farha Legal, specialist legal advisors to the technology and finance sectors.

Farha Legal are an example of how the right processes can help you to grow your law firm.  From an initial team of one in 2013, they’ve increased their staff size to almost 20 in 2022.

Join Farha Legal’s James Farha (Founder & Managing Partner), Shirlee Gardiner (Administration & Procurement Manager), and Jo Chaudhri (Commercial Lawyer) as they discuss:

  • The systems and processes (both tech and non-tech) needed at the different stages of growth at their firm
  • How they have managed change with clients and staff
