A scoping call must be held and a ProServe contract must be signed within two weeks of Clio Draft account activation to claim the discount on ProServe services offer. There is no minimum number of ProServe services hours required to receive a discount of 34%. ProServe packages of 25 hours or more will receive the maximum discount of 40%.
