How does the referral process work?

Log into your Referral Rewards Center to get your unique referral link and then share it with other law firms in your network from April 19-26. Any law firm that uses your referral link to sign up for Clio will get 10% off, and you’ll get a $500 gift card!

We’ll let you know when someone uses your referral link to sign up for a demo, and you’ll qualify for the gift card reward if they sign up for a paid account within 90 days.

Whom can I refer? What is the criteria for an eligible referral?

To be eligible for a referral reward, a successful referral must:

  • Be working at a law firm or legal-adjacent business
  • Not currently be using Clio or be a member of a firm currently using Clio
  • Not currently be in an active evaluation with Clio
  • Fill out the referral demo form and sign up for Clio within 90 days of filling out that form
  • Be located in the United States or Canada

How much can I earn?

There’s no limit to the number of rewards that can be paid out through the referral program. For every successful referral you send us between April 19 and 26, we’ll pay you $500 in the form of a gift card (delivered through a service called Sendoso). Your referral has to sign up within 90 days of filling out the demo form in order to be eligible for the referral gift card and for them to take advantage of the 10% off their subscription.

Is there any way to track the status of my referrals?

You can track your referrals by signing into your Referral Rewards Center. To do so:

  • Go to www.clio.com/referrals/
  • Sign in using your Clio Manage username and password
  • Click on your dashboard

*The Terms and Conditions that govern this promotion are provided by Themis Solutions Inc. (and its subsidiaries) (“”Themis””) also known as Clio. To qualify for this offer, new EasyStart, Essentials, Advanced, or Complete plan subscriptions must be purchased within 90 days of filling out the demo form and the demo form must be filled out between April 19th and 26th, 2024. To make a referral, you’ll share a referral URL from the referral platform (for example refer.clio.com/yoursharecode), your referral must open your Referral URL and sign up for a demo. Refer a law firm to Clio who is not a customer or in an active sales evaluation, if they sign up for a paid Clio account within 90 days of signing up for a demo, you’ll receive a $500 gift card via Sendoso (in USD or CAD). To be eligible for the promotion, the referrer must be in the US or Canada and 21 years or older. Those who qualify for this offer will be contacted by Clio and offered a digital gift card via Sendoso, which will begin to be distributed 5 – 10 days after your referral signs up for Clio. Gift cards will be sent to the email that’s associated with your Clio Manage account. Gift cards will be provided in the currency of the jurisdiction in which the referrer resides (USD or CAD). Clio will monitor abusive or fraudulent behavior and reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions or Clio’’s Terms of Service. All subscription fees paid are final. Only referrals submitted via this official referral program are eligible for the promotion and in the event the same individual was referred, the bonus will be awarded to the individual who first submitted the referral’s information through the referral program. Clio shall not be liable for and the Customer waives the right to claim any loss, injury, claim, liability or damage of any kind resulting in any way from this Promotion. Clio hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind whether express, implied or statutory in connection with this Promotion.

Offer for 10% off a subscription is valid only for new subscribers to Clio services. This discount may not be combined with any other offer. All of Clio Services will still be subject to the terms of service located at Clio.com/ToS. These Terms and Conditions do not supersede Clio’’s Terms of Service. Clio’’s Terms of Service will govern in case of any discrepancy.

We will use your personal information, which includes your email address and contact information, only to the extent necessary to run this Promotion, such as sending emails related to your referrals. Participation in this Promotion will be deemed as consent for the use of your personal information, subject to the outlined uses.

All intellectual property rights, the content, services, and all materials distributed at or in connection with Clio and this Promotion are owned by Clio, and Clio related companies/ affiliates. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, perform, publish, create derivative works from or use for any reason.
