David specialises in fundraisings, particularly in the tech sector, and has a wealth of experience in advising on funding rounds, shareholder agreements and governance, share incentivisation schemes, share subscriptions, sweat equity and the structuring of vesting schedules for founders, advisers and employees, share sales, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He is regularly involved in fundraising and exit deals at all stages of the cap table.
