Getting veterans the benefits they deserve
The Veterans Advocacy Project at the University of Denver is committed to helping veterans receive the benefits they deserve. With the help of Clio, clinics like this are able to take on more cases of those in need and keep track of the growing caseload across multiple semesters and students.
Give students hands-on experience managing the daily tasks of running a law firm by having them do so with Clio at a clinic. Students will gain technical experience in matter management, timekeeping, and cloud-based document storage before entering the competitive field of law.
Law School and Paralegal Studies
Students using practice management software have a competitive advantage when applying to law firms upon graduation. Clio can support your students by providing a practical component to your classroom’s legal scenarios. You can customize your Clio account to simulate a specific practice area or use Clio’s product certification program to assist your curriculum.
In addition to faculty members, students may also request their own free, full-featured Clio demo account. Use Clio to manage your course schedule, track time during your externship program, or simply explore the endless opportunities of cloud-based management software. There’s a good chance that the law firm you end up applying to is currently using or evaluating Clio.
