Jack Newton is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Clio. An experienced business leader, software developer, and entrepreneur, Jack began his career with a snow-shoveling business and a foray into the life sciences industry before focusing his strategic vision on making Clio the leader in legal cloud computing. Despite his hectic schedule, he has made time to run every day for the last 20 years.
Rian Gauvreau is the Chief People Officer and Co-founder of Clio. Combining his in-depth software development and law firm IT experience with his passion for working with people, Rian’s leadership has been critical in driving and sustaining Clio’s award-winning culture—he even makes time to personally meet every potential new hire.
Rob is the Chief Financial Officer at Clio. With over 30 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, including 17 years with a number of early stage venture-backed companies such as Cleankeys, CodeBaby, and MessagingDirect, and 14 years in public practice with Grant Thornton, Rob’s financial expertise is a close second to his impressive skills on the golf course.
George is the Chief Operating Officer at Clio. Specializing in customer success, business development and data operations, George has worked extensively with law schools, bar associations, and other legal professionals to help make information on cloud computing and law firm economics increasingly accessible. He is also fluent in Greek, a skill he’d love to use as Clio expands its global offerings.
Reagan is the Vice President of Marketing at Clio. Previously, Reagan led the marketing organization at ACTIVE Network driving global marketing strategies and corporate communications through an IPO and over 10 acquisitions. She oversees Clio’s demand generation, product marketing, partner marketing, digital strategy, and brand, and she’s happiest with a complex spreadsheet and a soy latte.
Jonathan is the Vice President of Engineering at Clio. Previously, Jonathan held senior engineering leadership roles at Shopify and Zynga. He brings to Clio over 15 years of experience in leadership and management, software architecture, design and implementation, and launching and maintaining large-scale SaaS and live game solutions. Outside of the office, he’s an endless tinkerer who is always exploring creative pursuits including 3D printing, cooking, and making his daughter laugh.
VP Customer Success
Marc is the Vice President of Customer Success at Clio. Previously, Marc spent 12 years leading a variety of teams across the globe in the software, services, and security industries. Marc has been a key driver of Clio’s commitment to customer success. Out of the office, you might find Marc mountain biking on Vancouver’s famous north shore, snowboarding at Whistler, or paddle boarding.
Lyndsey is the Vice President of People at Clio. She brings experience from DigitalOcean and enterprise consulting firms, architecting world-class programs in leadership, learning, people and change. Lyndsey passionately believes organizations can be high performing without sacrificing their humanity, even as they scale. She also believes everyone can be an agent of change in the world, and has been known to share a story or two from her time spent with Engineers Without Borders in Ghana.
Mik is the Vice President of Product at Clio. Previously, Mik was the CEO of Sales Prodigy, a social media/social selling power tool for sales executives that was acquired by Hootsuite Media Inc. in March 2016. He continued his work at Hootsuite as the leader of both the product management and design teams. Mik believes that empathy is at the root of building great products, and by doing so he drives both customer success and revenue growth. His one-word Instagram post descriptions are almost as legendary as his annual Halloween monster house.
John is the Senior Vice President of Sales at Clio. With over 23 years of versatile selling experience and go-to-market strategy, John has grown SaaS solutions from $30MM to $130MM in revenue through cross-functional leadership, team building, strong communications, solution-based sales, and data driven management. John holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, and when he’s not in the office there’s a good chance he’s either on a golf course or watching the Knicks.
