As Chair of the American Bar Association’s Coronavirus Task Force, Jim Sandman has a birds-eye view of COVID-19’s impact on the legal industry. In his interview with Jack Newton, Jim paints a picture of what’s happening in legal, and what law firms should be focusing on in terms of reducing overhead, serving clients remotely, and how to mitigate the impacts of this crisis on firm staff.
