Will session recordings be available to watch later?

Yes. If you register for The Litigator’s Lounge, you’ll receive an email with links to the session recordings after the event.

Please note: CLE/CPD credit, including the Ethics credit, is only available for live attendance and cannot be earned by watching the recordings on demand.

How do I watch the sessions live?

The Litigator’s Lounge will be hosted on Zoom Events. After you register, you’ll receive a calendar hold for both event days.

Your access link will be sent one week before the event, with reminder emails from Zoom one day and one hour before each session.

How do I receive CLE/CPD credit?

To receive CLE/CPD credit, you must attend the full duration of the session, be logged in with the name and email address you’ll use for your CLE application, and respond to the CLE poll during the session.

Following the event, the ABA will send you an affidavit via email within one business week for you to complete.
