    • Matters & Contacts — Searches for existing matters by case number to avoid duplicates. If none exist, creates a new matter and defendant contact automatically. Co-defendants are linked as relationships.
    • Calendar — Creates hearing date entries on the attorney’s Clio calendar, attached to the matter.
    • Documents — Uploads court filings into a “Court Filings” folder under the matter, each file AI-classified and renamed (e.g., “Indictment — 24CR1234.pdf”).
    • Matter Notes — Writes a structured case summary (charges, events, dispositions) as a Clio matter note for quick reference.
