Clio’s legal AI platform and Harbor’s advisory, implementation, and adoption expertise will support complex transformation initiatives across large law firms and corporate legal departments

Clio, the global leader in legal AI, today announced a partnership with Harbor, a global professional services firm serving the world’s leading law firms and corporate legal departments. Together, the companies will help Am Law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments deploy Clio Operate and Vincent, combining Clio’s legal AI platform with Harbor’s expertise in advisory, implementation, change management, and adoption.

The announcement comes at a time when legal organizations are racing to operationalize AI across their firms, moving beyond pilots to sustainable, firm-wide deployment. Clio Operate and Vincent, alongside Harbor’s decades of implementation and transformation expertise, give organizations the platform and guidance to scale adoption across their entire operation while remaining agile enough to incorporate new capabilities as they emerge.

“This partnership brings together two organizations with deep roots in legal transformation and an unmatched ability to help the world’s leading law firms operationalize AI at scale,” said Ronnie Gurion, President and Chief Operating Officer at Clio. “Harbor’s decades of transformation and implementation expertise combined with Clio’s global AI leadership creates the foundation legal organizations need to embed AI into their business. Together, we’re ensuring their technology investment results in lasting adoption across the firm.”

Clio Operate is the legal AI-native operating system built for large law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments to build, run and close high-volume and complex matters. Designed to sit at the center of a firm’s existing technology stack, Clio Operate delivers the operational depth that goes beyond traditional practice management and document management systems, enabling up to 80% faster matter creation, 40% shorter case lifecycles, and 30% more fee-earner capacity

Vincent by Clio is the AI platform grounded in 1B+ curated legal sources across case law, statutes, dockets, and regulatory materials, giving attorneys the ability to review contracts, draft documents, and summarize materials with authoritative law embedded in every output.

Harbor will serve as an advisory and implementation partner for Clio, working with shared clients on strategy, solution design, implementation, integration, change management, training and adoption for Clio Operate and Vincent by Clio. The company brings more than 30 years of legal industry experience and a global team of over 900 professionals across strategy, technology, operations and intelligence. Harbor’s capabilities span transformation strategy, solution implementation, integration, change management, training and adoption, helping clients move from technology investment to sustainable business value.

“Large legal organizations are not simply adding tools; they are redesigning how work moves through the business,” said Justin Farmer, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Solutions at Harbor. “Our role is to help clients connect technology decisions to their operating model, workflows, data and people. This partnership gives shared clients access to Harbor’s advisory and implementation experience as they deploy Clio’s technology within their broader transformation strategies.”
