Clio and Perplexity partner to bring Vincent's legal intelligence into Computer for Counsel
Clio, the global leader in legal AI, is partnering with Perplexity to make Vincent by Clio available through Computer for Counsel via a new Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector.
Set to launch in the coming months, the connector will enable legal teams to access Vincent’s legal research, citator analysis, and authority-backed legal reasoning from within Computer for Counsel. The partnership expands where customers can access the strengths of Vincent while maintaining direct connections to authoritative legal sources.

Shared customers will be able to access Vincent’s research capabilities from within Computer for Counsel. Outputs will be grounded in Clio’s legal corpus of more than one billion documents spanning case law, statutes, regulations, court rules, and secondary sources across more than 100 jurisdictions. Every result will link back to verifiable legal authorities, enabling lawyers to validate findings and confidently incorporate them into legal work product.
