Learn how and why your firm should take a client-centered approach
Unfamiliar with the concept of the client-centered law firm—or want to learn how to implement a more client-centric approach in your practice? Join Part 1 of Clio’s Course in Client-Centered Lawyering on September 9, 2020, for an introduction to the essentials for forming a successful, client-centered firm. This session will cover the five key values your firm must prioritize to adopt a client-centric system—and why this is beneficial. It will also provide insights into the breakdowns common in current lawyer-client relationships, and how adapting your firm’s processes addresses these issues to yield positive results for you and your clients.
This meetup will also include a live Q&A session, opportunities for peer networking via the live chat platform, and the chance to win audiobook copies of The Client-Centered Law Firm by Clio CEO Jack Newton.
