Erin Levine is an entrepreneur, legal innovator, and Certified Family Law Specialist. Katie Wyka, ACC, BA, MA, is Clio’s in house Performance Coach, helping Clions identify, plan and act on ways to improve and sustain performance, over time. After twenty years in industry, in a variety of HR and OD consulting roles, Katie jumped at the chance to work exclusively with Clio’s teams and leaders – to test her capacity as Coach. Drawing from her deep dives in performance psychology, brain science, motivation, emotional intelligence and organizational dynamics Katie asks her clients to become “scientists of themselves.” Using humour, good questions and a keen interest in seeing her clients reach both personal AND organizational goals, Katie pushes for self mastery.
