Nefra MacDonald is a legal technology and wellness speaker who, as the team lead of Affinity Partnerships at Clio, works with bar associations and other legal organizations to help lawyers succeed in their practices. Having worked in legal for over a decade, Nefra understands the pain points that affect legal professionals, and she uses her experience to help lawyers streamline processes and run a better business. A graduate of the University of Miami, Nefra is passionate about bringing a practical lens to each one of her presentations, so each attendee leaves with a takeaway that can improve their day-to-day. She has been a speaker at the Clio Cloud Conference, ABA TECHSHOW, and at many other legal conferences across North America.
The RayNa Corporation
Lori Gonzalez is legal tech lover, process nerd and promotor of access to justice. She founded The RayNa Corporation – a medical record retrieval company that also focuses on helping lawyers find lost time. She focuses her energy on testing, using and improving legal tech, and process and efficiency improvement. She is a frequent speaker at state and local bar associations, presents at national conferences and facilitates staff trainings for firms. Her service includes the Tennessee Access for Justice Commission’s Pro Bono Committee, an organizer of the Music City Legal Hackers and creating new tools for access to justice with Code for America’s Nashville brigade. She served on the State Bar of California’s Access Through Innovation of Legal Services Task Force and the advisory board for the University of Las Vegas – William S. Boyd School of Law’s Tech and Innovation Initiative and is currently serving on the 2022 ABA TechShow Board.

Ivan Hemmans is a Senior Manager of Technical Development at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and has extensive experience with information technology. He has worked with law firms for over 20 years and computers for approximately three decades. His programming background, Cognitive Science degree, along with his unique blend of experience and good-natured humor combine to make him engaging and approachable.
