Summary:

We are currently seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Growth to join our Product Marketing Team in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary.

Who you are: 

You are a data-centric marketer with a proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and utilisation. You have a passion for understanding customer motivations, behaviours, and needs, as well as executing best practices for marketing to them. 

You are a self-motivated problem-solver that loves data and knows how to effectively source it, validate it, and apply it to strategies. You are known for your superior communication skills and ability to increase conversion. You have strong collaboration skills and are able to work cross-functionally to bring projects to completion within the projected time frame. You love bringing grounded strategies to life and are energised by execution.

What you’ll work on:

You will work closely with marketing, product management, business intelligence, and operational teams to drive the adoption, utilisation, and growth of our high-impact features and products. Your day-to-day will include: 

  • Building and executing strategy as well as tactical GTM plans that increase product and feature adoption.

  • Conducting research to establish hypotheses, inform recommendations, and optimise approaches.

  • Crafting messaging, content, and assets that educate, compel, and convert customers.

  • Designing and optimising buyer and user journey upsell and nurture communication flows.

  • Pairing your subject matter expertise with research and analysis of our user personas to identify opportunities for improvement and predict outcomes. 

  • Collaborating cross-functionally and with stakeholders on product-led growth, messaging, and experimentation that aligns with payments business objectives.

  • Project managing cross-functional teams to effectively execute against your strategies and initiatives. 

  • Working with portfolio product marketing managers to provide a cohesive experience that’s dedicated to our customers’ needs.

  • Monitoring customer and business impact metrics for growth initiatives, and collaborating closely with Product Managers on overall product performance. 

  • Delivering data and insights back to cross-functional teams to increase internal expertise and collaboration. 

What you bring:

  • You’re seasoned. You have 5+ years in marketing, preferably in product growth or product marketing management. You know your way around product communication tools (e.g. Pendo).

  • You have a data-first approach. You’re adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform your recommendations and substantiate your approaches. 

  • You’re a strategic yet tactical thinker. You have the ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, balance them against company-wide implications, and design effective tactical approaches.

  • You’re intellectually curious. You have a habit of uncovering opportunities, investigating the drivers, and predicting outcomes.

  • You’re organised, yet flexible. You’re methodical in your approach to structuring work and prioritising as new opportunities arise. 

  • You have a bias toward action. You’re energised by making things happen and getting things done.

  • You’re collaborative. You enjoy working together with your team and cross-functionally to drive stronger outcomes.

  • You’re creative. You have a habit of thinking outside the box in your marketing approaches.

  • You’re a self-starter. You’re naturally curious, resourceful, and motivated to make things happen.

The expected salary range* for this role is $97,300 to $131,600 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
