Learn specific practices for implementing and measuring a client-centered approach at your firm.

Now that you’re equipped with the knowledge to identify where gaps exist in your firm’s client journey experience and how best to approach them, the final session of this course will prepare you on to start using a client-centered model at your firm—and to measure your success. During this session, our panel of managing attorneys and entrepreneurs will share how they developed specialized products and processes to make their services more accessible and affordable—with appeal for a wider base of clients. The panelists will also address how to achieve internal buy-in at your firm, and they will suggest helpful tools for measuring the financial and personal impact of implementing a client-centered approach.

This meetup will also include a Q&A session where participants can ask questions and share their own experiences and tips; opportunities for peer networking via the live chat platform; and the chance to win audiobook copies of The Client Centered Law Firm.
