He also provides support on all cross-border related immigration matters for US companies seeking to do business in Canada.
Mark is a past Executive Member of the National Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar Association as well as a Past-Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Immigration Section in Calgary. He is also a member of the International Bar Association’s Immigration and Nationality Law Committee, and a member of the Canadian Chapter and Global Migration Section of the American Immigration Lawyer Association.
