What happens at the end of 30 days?
At any point during your 30 days, you can choose to keep Clio Work on a paid subscription and won’t be charged until the promotional period ends. If you decide Clio Work is not for you, your trial will expire and you won’t have access to Clio Work any more. There is no charge to use Clio Work during the 30 day promotional period. Only firm admins can upgrade to a paid subscription or opt out an entire firm.
Will my client data be used to train AI?
No. Your matter, firm or client data are never used to train Clio Work, Clio’s models, or any third-party model.
Who on my team gets access?
Every user on your Manage account. Admins, attorneys, paralegals, and staff. The trial is account-wide. If an individual user does want to opt out, they can!
Is there extra setup?
No. Clio Work is already connected to your Manage account. When your trial begins, sign in and get started.
How do I get help during the trial?
We’ll have daily training sessions so you can find a time that works best with your schedule. You can also visit the Clio Work help center, or reach out to your Clio account team any time.
What if I don't want to participate?
You can opt your account out at any point before or during the trial using the form below. Note, only firm admins can opt out an entire firm.
