Essentials for Law Firm Success in 2021: Shifting to a Client-Centered Mindset

Learn how to shift to a client-centered mindset for law firm success in this Innovate Legal Online meetup with award-winning lawyers.

Learn how to shift to a client-centered mindset and drive growth and success in your law firm.

Unprecedented circumstances over the past year have forced lawyers to rethink the ways they communicate with and offer services to their clients. This situation has also permanently changed client expectations and the ways they seek out legal services. Successful legal practitioners have gone above and beyond to improve client-centered experiences while improving internal processes—and that’s boosted their bottom lines.

In this session, listen to how award-winning lawyers Inti Martínez-Alemán, Founder & Attorney of Ceiba Fôrte Law Firm, Kristen Schneck, Founder & Attorney of the Law Offices of Kristen A. Schneck LLC, and Emma Reid, Director of Ergo Law have built inclusive practices that put their clients at ease and drive business success.
