Clio Revamps its Look and Rolls Out a Suite of New Features
February 5, 2014
Themis Solutions Inc. announces first comprehensive redesign of its flagship Clio product.
Clio, the number one cloud-based practice management platform for the legal industry, announced today a comprehensive redesign of its interface as well as the introduction of new and exciting features. This marks the first major overhaul of the look and feel of the Clio application since the product’s inception.
Building on 5 years of user testing and customer feedback, the new design aims to improve efficiency and productivity for law firms of all sizes. By unifying modern design elements across Clio’s mobile and web application, Clio customers will have the same exceptional user experience accessing their account from a phone, tablet or computer.
The update also includes a dramatic revamp of data tables within Clio, providing better data organization, allowing for bulk actions and improved workflow, and laying the groundwork for a number of future improvements slated to be released throughout 2014 which will dramatically increase customer efficiency and saving Clio users time in many aspects of managing a law firm.
“We’re incredibly excited to usher in a new era of productivity for legal professionals with the first ground-up redesign of Clio’s user interface,” said Jack Newton, Clio’s CEO and Co-founder. “Clio’s new interface and capabilities offers a dramatic leap forward in terms of design, usability, and efficiency.”
The first round updates will be released in early February as well as in demand features such as enhanced search, sharing and bulk action capabilities.
“We know that running a legal practice can generate a ton of data, and we’re taking great care to present that data in a manageable, less cluttered way,” explains Jason LaRiviere, Clio’s Creative Director. “The mantra we took when conceptualizing these changes was simple. How can we make Clio better for us customers, full stop.”
Since its inception in 2009, Clio has saved its customers, on average, one full workday each week, colloquially referred to as the #ClioDay. To learn more about the new features, whether you’re an existing or future customer, please visit http://landing.goclio.com/something-big.html.
