Once a week, Thyme reads all case communications on your matters and assembles a case status and next steps summary in your Clio Notes tab, allowing team members to keep on top of complex cases without reading every single email communication. Thyme then emails a case status summary to every team member billing on a matter – including a summary of a client’s billing status and health, measuring trust balances and any outstandings in Clio Payments.
