Summary:

Clio is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People team!

The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of Clio's compensation programs. This role will involve analyzing market data, evaluating job roles, and ensuring fair and competitive pay practices across the organization.

What You'll Do:

* Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market data to assess the competitiveness of Themis Solutions Inc.'s compensation programs.
* Conduct job evaluations, analyze job descriptions, and recommend appropriate salary grades and pay ranges.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related policies.
* Prepare compensation reports and analyses, including cost modeling for proposed changes and impact assessments.
* Support the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and long-term incentive awards.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
* Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
* Maintain and update compensation data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
* Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compensation and HR.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw sound conclusions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas) is essential.
* Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
* Familiarity with compensation best practices and relevant employment laws.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.

This role is a backfill for an existing position.

The expected salary range* for this role is $80,300 to $94,500 to $108,700 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.


*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
