Clio, the global leader in legal AI, today announced the launch of Legal Pad, a drafting workspace within Vincent that transforms AI-driven analysis into actionable, lawyer-ready drafts.

Lawyers are increasingly using Vincent to analyze legal issues, review documents, and develop arguments. Turning those insights into a finished memo, advisory note, or contract language often requires moving between AI conversations and external word processors while assembling text into a coherent draft.

Legal Pad addresses this gap by giving lawyers a dedicated space to develop draft documents while remaining connected to the research and reasoning that produced them.

Within Legal Pad, users can assemble multiple Vincent outputs into a single draft and revise sections while referencing the prompts and materials that informed the analysis. The workspace allows lawyers to shape early versions of research memos, advisory guidance, and legal arguments before exporting documents for final formatting in a word processor.
