Carla is the Court Development Manager at InfoTrack where she works to expand eFiling and other technology in courts across the country. Previously, she led a 31-year career with the Maryland Judiciary, including as Judicial Clerk, System/Business analyst, Project Manager, and IT Manager of Case Management Services. She is an Institute of Court Management (ICM) Certified Court Executive and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Carla has been a member of judiciary governing bodies addressing policy, strategy, and technology issues and has led several modernization initiatives during her career with the Administrative Office of the Courts. She is also a member of the IJIS Institute Court Advisory Committee and a contributor on the 2022 Future of Work in the State Courts Research and Policy Workgroup.
