We set up and maintain your Clio phone integration
You tell us how your firm uses Clio. We authenticate the connection, map your matter and contact fields, configure call logging rules, provision each user, run test calls through your actual workflows, schedule the cutover, and monitor for 30 days post-launch. If a log stops working, we know before you do. Your firm never touches an API key or a routing diagram.
Call recording; transcript — the recording is uploaded to the matter’s document folder and the full transcript is saved to the communication log.
Time entry — a billable time entry is created with an AI-generated summary of the call, ready to review and bill.
Action items — the AI identifies explicit attorney commitments from the call and creates Clio tasks assigned to the right attorney.
