Clio Recognized on Fortune's Future 120 List

Clio ranks in the top 50 among companies globally recognized for the ambition, talent, and culture behind long-term growth.

Clio, the global leader in legal AI, has been named to the 2026 Fortune Future 120, ranking No. 42 among companies around the world identified as having strong potential for sustained, long-term growth.

Since 2017, Fortune and BCG have evaluated thousands of companies for vitality, specifically an organization’s capacity to generate growth from within. This year, the ranking expanded from 50 companies to 120, reflecting how the qualities associated with future growth are taking shape across a broader range of industries.

More than 3,500 companies were considered for the 2026 list, with Fortune and BCG analyzing more than 10 million data points to identify the 15 measures most closely associated with future revenue growth. Those measures span three dimensions: Growth Ambition, Talent Density, and Growth Culture, examining how companies set and invest behind their growth agenda, build teams capable of turning innovation into new businesses, and create cultures that continue to adapt as technology and markets change.

Clio’s recognition comes during a period of significant growth and investment across the company. More than 400,000 legal professionals in 130 countries now use Clio, as it continues to invest across legal AI, technology for large law firms and corporate legal departments, and the courts, alongside a growing global team.

“The companies that define the next decade will be the ones willing to reinvent themselves before they have to,” said Jack Newton, CEO and Founder of Clio. “At Clio, we have ambitious expectations for what legal technology can become, and we continue to invest in the people, ideas, and technology required to make that future real. Legal is entering a period of extraordinary change, and our ambition is to shape where the industry goes from here.”

Clio’s place on this year’s list builds on its 2024 debut on Fortune’s Future 50, when it was the only legal technology company included. Together, the recognitions reflect Clio’s continued ability to sustain growth, invest in innovation, and strengthen the people and culture behind the business. As Fortune and BCG broaden the ranking to recognize companies with the strongest long-term growth potential, Clio’s return to the list reinforces the consistency of that trajectory.
