Clio’s new award program honors outstanding innovators in the industry’s most robust app integration network

Clio, the world’s leading provider of cloud-based legal technology, has launched the Integration Awards, a program that showcases cutting-edge advancements and exceptional contributions made by legal technology developers in Clio’s app ecosystem. 

The Integration Awards are open to all 250 integrations in the Clio App Directory, which has become the legal industry’s largest and most robust application network. As an evolution of the former Launch//Code Developer Contest, this new format honors the brightest and most innovative minds who are revolutionizing how legal services are delivered. 

“We’re building an ecosystem of innovation at Clio, proudly supporting new technologies and companies that align with our mission to transform the legal experience for all,” said Jack Newton, CEO and Founder of Clio. “The Integration Awards will shine a spotlight on the best legaltech innovations in our app ecosystem that are propelling our industry forward and accelerating how we’re addressing the access to justice gap.”

Developers with apps in the Clio App Directory can now submit their applications for the following categories until July 7, 2023:

  • Best New App: Celebrating the creativity and ingenuity of apps added to Clio’s App Directory in the past 12 months.
  • Best Practice of Law App: Recognizing apps that empower lawyers to enhance their performance and elevate their legal practice. This could include, but is not limited to: improving the ways in which legal documents are created or filed, improving the process of legal research, improving the ways in which individuals can work with a lawyer. 
  • Best Business of Law App: Honoring apps that make running the business aspects of a law firm more efficient and effective. This could include, but is not limited to: improving the ways in law firms can manage their invoicing or accounting, improving the ways in which law firms can manage their employee and HR needs, improving or supporting law firm marketing.

Finalists will be invited to attend the 2023 Clio Cloud Conference, taking place October 9-10 in Nashville, Tennessee, where they will be featured with a fully compensated exhibitor booth. Winners will be announced and presented with their award on the main stage at the conference.
