Since Clio is a cloud-based service, law firms can securely access their data from any Internet-connected device, whether it is a PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet.
“It is a great pleasure to work with the Louisiana State Bar Association.” said Clio Founder and CEO Jack Newton. “Louisiana’s lawyers are fortunate to be part of a forward-thinking organization, and we’re proud Clio has been selected as member benefit for the LSBA’s members.”
The Louisiana State Bar Association ensures that Louisiana lawyers meet and maintain the highest standards of competency, technical skill, and ethical conduct. The Bar has a history of obtaining beneficial technical services for its member. In June 2005, Louisiana was the first state bar association to offer Fastcase as a benefit for all of its members.
“The LSBA is excited to announce a new member benefit. An agreement has been reached with Clio, a leading provider of cloud-based practice management software, which is now offering a discount to all Louisiana State Bar Association members. Clio’s service is secure, easy to use and affordable, and will support our members in practicing efficiently and effectively without large investments in software and hardware,” said Loretta Larsen, Executive Director of the Louisiana State Bar Association.
