This track is the last step to becoming a Clio Work Certified Expert. Building on the Fundamentals track, this path follows a transactional matter from the first draft through closing and shows where Clio Work fits along the way.

• Draft contracts faster with AI assistance, review and redline documents, summarize long-form agreements, and run due diligence research and analysis at speed.
• Leverage AI to manage deal timelines and matter milestones, draft client communications, confirm closing conditions through a pre-signing document review, and use Clio Work to support the final stretch of closing a deal.
