Summary:

We are currently seeking a Program Specialist, Employee Engagement to join our People department. 

What your team does:

Our Employee Engagement team is a brand new strategic team at Clio with the mission to create an environment in which Clions are engaged and can work at their natural best. We will achieve this through intentional listening, understanding root problems/key levers, and facilitating meaningful connections at all levels (individual, team, and org) throughout our Distributed by Design organization.

What you’ll work on:

  • Championing Clio’s core values and our mission to transform the legal experience for all

  • Collaborating with the broader People team to design and implement recognition programs that reflect our human and high performing culture and support Clio’s scaling efforts

  • Designing and optimizing both existing programs (e.g., work anniversaries, annual awards) and introducing innovative recognition initiatives that resonate globally

  • Ensuring recognition programs create a lasting impact and align with our values, mission, and leadership principles

  • Partnering with internal teams, such as internal communications, workplace experience, and total rewards to ensure seamless execution of recognition programs

  • Tracking, evaluating, and providing insights on the success of recognition programs

  • Continuously researching best practices in employee recognition to stay ahead of trends

  • Other duties as required

What you may have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in driving employee recognition programs

  • Proven experience working on initiatives that support a company’s growth and employee engagement

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure program success

  • Solid understanding of business acumen and proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)

  • Comfortable working as a self-starter who can thrive in dynamic, evolving environments, contributing to a high-performing, distributed team

  • Demonstrated interest in elevating your craft using AI

The expected salary range* for this role is $73,100 to $86,000 to $98,900 CAD. There are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.


*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
