Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.

We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Sales Enablement Senior Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team in Dublin. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement and is the dedicated enabler for our EMEA teams across new business and customer sales. With APAC as a secondary focus driven by time-zone alignment (starting with the Australia teams).

What your team does

The Revenue Enablement team at Clio equips our sales and customer success organizations with the knowledge, skills, tools, and processes they need to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. We design and deliver onboarding and ongoing programs, run a center of excellence operating model, and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to turn product launches into field-ready execution. We are a team that runs on curiosity, data, and a genuine commitment to helping people do their best work.

Who you are

You are a revenue enabler who understands that selling internationally is not the same as selling globally. What works in North America rarely lands as-is in-region and you know that reps feel the difference in every call. You are comfortable adapting global programs to regional realities, whether that means localizing content for a Spanish-speaking cohort, building in UK trust accounting nuance, or accounting for legal terminology that changes by jurisdiction. You do not wait to be told what to build. You study the calls, the pipeline, and the win and loss patterns across the region, and you bring recommendations. You own outcomes for your regions, not just the delivery of sessions. You are also pragmatic about time zones and bandwidth, and you know that international needs can lose momentum after a launch unless someone keeps the thread alive.

What you’ll work on

  • Own enablement for the EMEA go-to-market teams across all segments, spanning new business and customer sales, covering both reps and their front-line managers, with APAC as a secondary focus driven by time-zone alignment (starting with the Australia teams)

  • Own measurable rep outcomes for your regions, including time to ramp, 90-day conversion rate, and multi-product attach, and deliver a regular regional health readout on what is working, what is not, and the top unmet needs

  • Adapt Clio's global enablement programs to regional markets, localizing messaging, talk tracks, playbooks, and onboarding so they reflect local buyer personas, market dynamics, and competitive landscape rather than defaulting to North American context

  • Partner with Product Marketing and regional Onboarding Specialists to translate and localize content efficiently, reusing global material where it holds and rebuilding it where regional nuance matters (for example the semi-live, bilingual model used for Spain)

  • Build regional depth into enablement for legal and regulatory nuance and jurisdiction-specific terminology so reps know what applies in their market and what does not

  • Serve as the enablement lead for international product launches and market expansions, coordinating readiness across content, demo environments, and jurisdiction access so reps are field-ready at go-live and supported after it

  • Build playbooks, discovery and multi-threading frameworks, objection handling, and value-based positioning tuned to regional sales motions and cycle lengths

  • Run a consistent Gong review rhythm on EMEA and APAC calls to surface coaching themes, objection patterns, and content gaps, and design role-play and certification content grounded in real regional conversations

  • Coach front-line managers on reinforcing trained behaviors so enablement lands in the field, and provide direct coaching to new and ramping reps

  • Use generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, localization, role-play design, and iteration

  • Partner with Sales Onboarding, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to keep regional proof points, pricing, and playbooks current, and act as the connective tissue between global enablement and the needs of international teams

  • Other duties as required

What you may have

  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or a related learning and development role, with exposure to international or multi-region teams

  • Experience designing and delivering training for sales teams across more than one market, segment, or language

  • Familiarity with EMEA and APAC sales motions and the metrics that drive them, and comfort supporting teams across time zones

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills across all levels of the organization

  • Comfort with tools such as Gong, Letter AI, and Salesforce

  • Ability to analyze engagement and performance data to drive program improvements

  • Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and regions

Serious bonus points if you have

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company operating across multiple international markets

  • Experience localizing enablement content or supporting non-English-speaking or multilingual sales teams

  • Experience enabling expansion, cross-sell, or multi-product attach motions

  • Proficiency with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for content development and localization

  • Experience in legal tech or a comparable regulated industry, including familiarity with regional compliance differences

  • Relevant sales or enablement certifications
