Who you are:

You will bring your marketing automation skills to help build an operational center of excellence that supports a fast growing marketing team and business. The automations and insights you deliver will have an immediate and measurable impact on our prospects and customers. You’ll be working with a team that values excellence, collaboration, and initiative. You will be supported with a full tech stack, learning and development opportunities, and the infrastructure of an outstanding team. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Build scalable marketing programs, including but not limited to emails, nurtures, webinars, events, direct mail, form sync and content syndication automations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (demand generation, product marketing, content, customer marketing, channel partner, and design team) on projects.

  • Bake email best practices into your builds. 

  • Execute on A/B tests and report on outcomes.

  • Assist the MarOps team in refining and building data hygiene, compliance, segmentations, and operational automations.

  • Report and analyze program performance, database, emails, and lead flow.

  • Assist the MarOps team with implementing new technology for the marketing team and documenting processes.

  • Support the MarOps team in delivering training on marketing tools, reports, and data while helping to drive adoption of SOPs, systems, and tools.

  • Execute tasks on time and error free. 

  • Keep task statuses updated and communication flowing on task tickets.

What you might have:

  • Experience building marketing automations to support a marketing team.

  • Experience using a CRM and Marketing Automation Platform.

  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. 

  • Basic understanding of webhooks, integrations, and APIs.

  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics.

  • Experience using Excel.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail.

Serious bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.

  • Experience using project management tools like Wrike, Asana, or Trello.

  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
