The Payments GTM Operations Team is a team that lives and breathes Clio Payments. We are a small team that drives key strategies for Clio Payments, we are generalists at heart and we value being able to move quickly and deliver impact driven programs by managing many different aspects of the business including, Data Management, Operational Efficiencies, GTM Program Management, and Strategic Recommendations and Planning. We are incredibly close with almost every department across Clio to create streamlined and cross-functional operational strategies. We value curiosity, creative critical thinking to solve ambiguous problems and opportunities, while building strong partnerships across Clio by emphasizing collaboration, communication, humility, and proven results.

Who you are:
We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Business Analyst to join our Payments GTM Operations Team within the Revenue Operations department. This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven individual to join a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced team environment. You have strong analysis and modelling skills, are deeply data-driven, relentlessly curious, and have demonstrated the ability to balance the details against the bigger picture. You will bring creative and forward-thinking solutions to tackle today's most pressing Clio Payments business issues, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop strategies that prepare us to be successful in the future.

What you'll work on:

  • Own complex data and financial analyses of various drivers, metrics and GTM motions of the Clio Payments business

  • Develop key actionable analyses, trend reporting and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data to help inform strategic decisions of the Clio Payments product

  • Own developing and maintaining reporting, dashboards and modelling around GTM motions and efficiencies for Clio Payments with our GTM teams, Data Insights and FP&A teams (using Salesforce, Looker, Excel etc.)

  • Ability to present complex concepts to senior leaders. You are able to look at a problem from 20,000 feet and see its macro impact and at the same time be able to dig into detailed data to develop your understanding at a micro-level.

  • Develop and define metrics that are independent, holistic, accurate, encourage the right behaviours, and are aligned with company strategy and objectives.

What you may have:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • 4+ years of experience at one of  fintech or growth stage software company, banking, financial services or data analytics

  • Experience thriving  in low context, fast-paced working environments

  • Extensive experience with BI and Data Visualization tools 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, needing to balance 

Nice to have's: 

  • Ability to leverage superior analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills for the purposes of delivering business insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication including the ability to communicate complex findings in a structured and clear manner.

  • Comfortable to work in ambiguity with a bent towards fast execution and iteration;

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, excellent written and verbal communicator;

  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented.
