Summary:

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Customer Education team! What your team does: 

Clio is growing! Our Customer Education department is a new team in the Customer Success organization, and we are on a mission to build and scale a department that is both human and high-performing. Our CEd team is here to empower our customers to do their best work through onboarding, just-in-time, learning, best practices, training, coaching, and knowledge management. We focus on creating world class experiences, education, and support that elevates the development and performance of all Clio Customers.

What you’ll work on: 

  • Designing learning experiences that engage and facilitate knowledge/skills acquisition for instructor-led, blended, and self-paced on-demand learning courses.

  • Creating engaging, digestible learning assets and course materials in a variety of mediums.

  • Partnering closely with SMEs and leaders across the business to help design and develop course content in areas including but not limited to onboarding, product training, best-practice management, and more.

  • Supporting the Customer Success team members in conducting needs analyses to determine learning requirements in terms of user and product goals (audience, goal, timeline, learning methodologies, and delivery methods).

  • Using learning analytics and user feedback to recommend improvements for each design cycle.

  • Finding new ways to produce content that scales and resonates with our audience.

  • Additional duties, as required.

What you may have: 

  • 1-2 years of instruction design, e-learning, and content authoring in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and competing priorities with a proven record of success.

  • Must have experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Evolve, and have experience working within a LMS.

  • Ability to get up to speed on our industry and product offerings quickly.

Serious bonus points if you have: 

  • A degree in learning or business.

  • Experience in multimedia development in audio, video, and/or animation (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Canva Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Camtasia, etc)
