As General Manager, EMEA your leadership experience and SaaS expertise will directly impact access to legal services; provide lawyers with the freedom to practice the way they want, and ensure that underrepresented groups in our society get the advocacy they deserve.
We are looking for an inspiring leader and strong communicator who knows how to build an engaging culture, motivate high-performing teams, and has the capability/imagination to create a clear and compelling vision for growth internally across all departments and externally as the face of Clio for new and existing customers throughout EMEA.
Working in partnership with North American leadership and reporting to the COO, you are responsible for leading, managing and continuously developing all aspects of Clio’s EMEA business.
What you'll work on:
Develop a strategic vision for EMEA to achieve revenue goals, growth, and increase market share
Develop an expansion strategy to lead Clio into additional markets across EMEA
Actively foster an environment of teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement
Directly manage, mentor and expand our current sales team
Collaborate with marketing to ensure we’re running effective campaigns, fine-tune our existing efforts and run new experiments to raise awareness and generate qualified leads
Build strong cross-functional relationships at executive / senior leadership levels across product & engineering, marketing, customer success and operations
Work closely with revenue operations to set plans for execution, compensation, enablement, and incentive plans that will help EMEA to find and monetize new opportunities
Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and sales leadership to define the best strategy for growing Clio's presence across the UK and Ireland
Represent Clio at events and deliver presentations (web and in-person) to current and prospective clients, business partners, and law schools
Cultivate relationships with relevant technology and legal industry partners to accelerate Clio’s presence in the EMEA market
You should have:
General Manager experience, overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business
SaaS leadership experience, overseeing sales functions in B2B environments
Marketing knowledge, GTM strategy, and demand generation
History of creating high-performing cultures and teams that are inspired to do better and think bigger as a result of your leadership
Strong and clear communication skills and can partner with all levels to align cross-functionally in EMEA and North America
Experience with P&L and understanding of financial analytics
Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights.
Ability to travel as required for the role
