Maya Toussaint leads Clio's Social Impact portfolio as Senior Manager, Social Impact & DIBE. She develops initiatives and programs that advance diversity in technology, increase access to justice, and enable well-being outcomes for lawyers, connecting Clio's Social Impact pillars with tangible results inside the company and in communities.
At Clio, Maya drives internal inclusion programming through Company All-hands, regular DIBE Discussions, and volunteering programs that empower Clion's to make a difference. She regularly partners with organizations like the Innocence Center and Innocence Project to speak on panels supporting justice reform and increasing access to justice.
Maya is from Montréal, Québec, and was recognized as one of Concordia University’s 50 Under 50, where she also studied journalism. She brings strategy, insight, and lived experience to her work, ensuring Clio’s social impact initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and empower both employees and communities.
